Since yesterday I’m involved in an online discussion about the 70-20-10 framework with Charles Jennings, based on a tweet mentioning an old blogpost, Charles reacted:
So: to be clear Charles says it’s not about the numbers (ok) but does has some claims about learning in the workplace happens (much) more outside the formal (and it should be this way). The conversation that followed was all about the backup to these claims, which he delivered:
