A discussion with Charles Jennings about the evidence behind the 70-20-10-framework + Request

Since yesterday I’m involved in an online discussion about the 70-20-10 framework with Charles Jennings, based on a tweet mentioning an old blogpost, Charles  reacted:

So: to be clear Charles says it’s not about the numbers (ok) but does has some claims about learning in the workplace happens (much) more outside the formal (and it should be this way). The conversation that followed was all about the backup to these claims, which he delivered:

But still open for suggestions, and glad that Charles gave me a new name:

So I checked, but couldn’t find any meta-study, Charles replied:

But that’s not a meta-study, something Charles acknowledged:

So, my question still is: can anybody give me a link to a meta-study on the topic? Would be much appreciated!
