Is this the Hype Cycle for technology in education 2013?

I’m not sure if it’s the real thing, but I found this picture on twitter and it looks genuine. So, MOOC’s are going down. Tablets are climbing the slope of enlightenment. Is it my impression that technology is going faster through the hype cycle?
