Nice thread about our paper on the concept of Practical Significance of research for education

Sometimes it’s hard to predict if an article – or book – that you write will get picked up by a broader audience. Our two Urban Myths Books became much bigger than we could have dreamed, the article by Paul en me about Digital Natives went nuclear, but sometimes nobody seems to notice you’ve written something. This seemingly happened to the article David Daniel and I wrote last year. I gave talks at ResearchED conferences about it (with almost nobody attending the session), but nobody talked or wrote about it.

So I’m really glad finally somebody stumbled upon our article and made this nice summary, showing that we maybe have a practical point:
